8 PROGRAM OF ACTION FOR PROSPERITY
1. Schedule Back Payment of Foreign Debt
- Divert funds from foreign debt payments as capital to finance educational programs, health, food and energy, a cheap and environmentally friendly.
2. Saving the State Property to Eliminate Poverty
- Making SOEs as a locomotive and spearhead economic revival.
- Stopping the sale of state assets or a strategic and dominate the life of the people.
- Review all government contracts are detrimental to national interests.
- Requiring national exporters who enjoy credit facilities from the state to keep its export proceeds in domestic banks.
- Build industry to obtain value-added processing.
3. Implement Economic Populist
- Printing 2 million hectares of new land to increase production of rice, corn, soybeans, sugar cane that can employ 12 million people.
- Printing 4 million hectares of land for palm (bio ethanol feedstock) that can employ 24 million people.
- Build Urea and NPK fertilizer plants with a total capacity of 4 million tons.
- Zoom capital microfinance institutions to channel credit to small people.
- Building a means of mass transportation.
- Modernization of traditional markets for small traders.
- Increasing income per capita of USD 2000 to USD 4000.
4. Eight Village Program
- Electric village
- Banks and financial institutions village
- Cooperatives, rice barns, village market

- Rural infrastructure and coastal areas

5. Strengthen the Small Business Sector
- Priority banking lending to farmers, fishermen and small traders.
- Prohibit state bank lending for housing construction and luxury apartments, malls, and other luxury projects.
- Protecting market traders trasdisional by prohibiting the construction of large-scale supermarkets that do not fit the law.
- Protect and promote the rights of workers, including migrant workers (TKI / TKW).
6. Energy Independence
- Build a geothermal power plant and water (10,000 MW).
- Provide a source of energy by setting up oil refineries, ethanol plants and plant bio DME (Substitute LPG).
- Opens 2 million to 4 million hectares of palm forest - with intercropping cropping systems - for the production of fuel ethanol, as a substitute fuel imports. The disclosure will make Indonesia as the country's biofuels pengekpor after 7 years of planting (4 million hectares of palm forests produce about 56 million mt of ethanol / year).
7. Education & Health
- Repeal of Law Legal Education (BHP).
- Removing tax textbooks and textbook replacement model stop every year.
- Dividing at least a million lap-top to the student per year.
- Reactivate the program KB (Family Planning).
- Increasing the role of the PKK, and IHC Health Center.
- Placing the new scholars and physicians through government programs, especially in pockets of poverty.
- Moving the White Revolution by providing milk for poor children.
8. Caring for Nature and Environment
- Doing 59 million ha reforestation degraded forest and biological diversity conservation and protected forest.
- Securing and rehabilitating watersheds
- Prevent and crack down on perpetrators of environmental pollution.
- Protecting flora and fauna as part of the nation's assets.
