PayPal Verification Guide With Debit Card
Update (26/07/20/2010): from 12 April 2010, PayPal verification using Indonesian local bank account has been disabled, this feature may be reactivated
PayPal account verification can be done with a debit card or savings account at a local bank without having to use a credit card or using a virtual credit card (VCC).
